Ginger has over fifteen years of proven market research management experience, working with top national firms throughout her career history, specializing in the areas of healthcare, public opinion, finance, IT, social research, and multiple facets of consumer and executive research.

Ginger is currently working at Directions In Research, a market research company in San Diego, which was established in 1985.  Ginger began in the field operations department in the capacity of Field Director and progressed to VP of Operations, where she designed and instituted comprehensive quality control procedures and monitoring initiatives that created comprehensive company-wide improvements. Currently, as VP of Business Development, Ginger is responsible for marketing and business development for the company.

Ginger has been very active on both the local and national levels for the MRA for many years.  She has served as SoCal Chapter President and is currently in her second term as Director on the National MRA board.  Ginger is also an active member of AAPOR and AMA.

On a personal note, Ginger’s father was a professional engineer for the petroleum industry and was frequently transferred overseas, so Ginger and her family lived abroad for 16 years.  More specifically, Ginger lived in Latin America for about 10 years – Barranquilla, Colombia; Colón, Panama; Mazatlán and Ciudad de México, México and is bilingual in Spanish.  In addition, she lived in England, Japan, and Australia.  Her interests include travel, eating out, and tennis.
